The taste of our olives
Aydın is the home of the Memecik olive, protected by an EU geographical indication. Our oil is pressed from this region's Memecik olives blended with varieties such as Gemlik and Edremit.
This blend gives the oil a fruity taste and an aromatic scent, and our aim is to bring that flavor to your table in its purest form. We stand behind our claim not only with analysis reports but also with taste.

What does acidity tell you?
Free acidity is one of the quality indicators of olive oil; low acidity points to sound olives processed on time. It is not enough on its own: the grade is also set by sensory analysis.
Oil from the press is rested in separate stainless steel tanks by acidity level, so each batch can be traced with its own analysis report.
