At the Tekiş Tarım olive oil facility between Akköy and Akyeniköy, every stage of production on the continuous-system line is one our buyers can see and verify.
In a continuous system, olives are cleaned, crushed, malaxed and separated on a single automated line. This method gives hygienic production and lets quality be checked at every stage.

Olives are washed in automatic washers that remove insects, leaves, twigs, stones and soil. This step improves oil quality and protects the equipment.

Clean olives travel to the crusher on automatic conveyors. Continuous systems use metal crushers suited to automation, which turn the olives into a fine paste.
The paste is mixed in the malaxer at 20-25°C for up to 30 minutes. This frees the oil from the olive cells and brings the paste to a consistency from which the oil is easily taken.

The paste moves to the decanter, which uses centrifugal force to separate water, pomace and olive oil. In the separator the oil is freed from any remaining solids and filtered.

The oil is kept in stainless steel tanks and filtered before bottling. It is then filled into glass bottles, tins or special plastic packaging.
In our pressing unit, which works under the supervision of food engineers, we process our own olives and also buy olive oil from producers in the region. The oils are kept as natural as possible, straight in stainless steel tanks, so the product reaches the consumer from the producer in hygienic conditions. For export sales we also prepare the product at this facility and ship it to the destination countries ourselves.
For every batch we obtain an analysis report from the Aydın Commodity Exchange Laboratory, authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and accredited by TÜRKAK.
Every batch is backed by an analysis report from an accredited laboratory. You can see an example below.
A sample report dated July 2025: chemical analysis results for a 1000 ml extra virgin olive oil sample. The results are valid only for that sample; each batch gets its own report, shared with your quote. Click an image to enlarge.
